Why did I receive Financial Assistance forms for services I’ve already received?

For Member’s who receive Balance Bills for amounts over $2,500, OneShare Health will go the extra mile to help them out financially!

Financial Assistance is utilized to see if we can lower the amount of the bill to save Sharing Dollars for our Member Community. If a Member does not qualify for Financial Assistance, then OneShare will attempt to negotiate the total cost of the bill down. After the negotiation process is completed, whether the amount was lowered or not, OneShare Health will facilitate sharing of eligible expenses according to Program Guidelines.
