What type of Home Health Care Visits are Eligible for Sharing?

Home Health Care services are only eligible on the Classic Programs. These are services for intermittent skilled nursing care and rehabilitative therapy that can be given in a Member’s home for an illness or injury.

Eligible Home Health Care services include intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy. Care is focused on helping a Member recover from an Inpatient stay for an illness, surgery, or accident.
