      What is the Life Cycle of a Share Request?

      1. Members select a provider within the First Health Network. 

      2. Member Presents ID Card to the Front Desk at the Doctors Office.

      3. Provider will submit the Bill or Share Request to Loomis, OneShare Health’s administrator.

      4. The Share Request will be reviewed for Sharing Eligibility and Network Discounts.

      5. The Share Request will be processed according to Program Guidelines and an Explanation of Sharing is sent to the Member and the Provider.
