Yes, Behavioral Health & Mental Wellness Evaluation is eligible ONLY for diagnostic purposes. It is shared differently depending on which Program you are enrolled in.
For the Catastrophic365 and Catastrophic Programs, inpatient services are eligible for sharing after the ISA is met up to $3,000 sharing maximum. Outpatient is not eligible for sharing.
On the Classic Programs, outpatient services are eligible up to a $1,500 sharing maximum. Inpatient services are eligible up to a $3,000 sharing maximum.
