I turn 65 next month, but my spouse is still under 65, does my spouse have to enroll into a new program?

The Primary Member may submit a Program Change Form prior to the Program Terminating and request to make the Spouse Primary.

If the Primary Member does not make the request prior to aging off, the Dependent Spouse will be issued a new Member ID#. The original Active Date will remain if a new Member ID# is issued.
