It depends on the cooperation of the Member and Provider.
OneShare Health will send a letter to the Member asking for all providers they have seen related to the incident or diagnosis within the last 2 years. Once the form has been received back from the Member, our Clinical Team will request the medical records from the Providers listed on the form. The Clinical Team will attempt to collect medical records for 30 days. If the Provider or Member does not release medical records within 30 days, the share request will be closed out.
