      Which OneShare Health Programs have Emergency Room Visit Fee eligibility?

      Catastrophic365, Catastrophic, and all Classic Programs have a $500 ER Visit fee for Emergency Room visits under $10,000. Any ER Visits over $10,000 are subject to ISA.
