      Does the Catastrophic365 Program have the same waiting periods as the Catastrophic and Classic Programs?

      Yes

      The Member has a 90 day waiting period for anything outside of acute illness, accidents, injuries, or life-threatening and life-altering events. 

      Pre-Existing Conditions are never eligible for sharing on the Catastrophic365 Program

      Preventive is not eligible for sharing on the Catastrophic365 Program.
