Yes, OneShare Health has a Dispute and Resolution Process for the unique situations where a Member is concerned or dissatisfied.

OneShare Health has created a multi-step process for the review of Member disputes. First, the Member can file a Dispute, which is reviewed by a team different from the one that made the original decision. If the Dispute does not resolve the issue, the Member can file an Appeal, which is reviewed by the Member Appeals Committee.
