      Yes, Chronic Maintenance Visits per Program Guidelines for Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and Thyroid are eligible for sharing even if pre-existing.

      Anything outside of a Chronic Maintenance Visit for the conditions mentioned above is subject to the pre-existing condition 24-month waiting period.
