Can I reinstate my Program after it has been cancelled or terminated?
Yes, if your Program has been cancelled or terminated, the Primary Member may submit a written request to billing@onesharehealth.com for reinstatement within 30 days after the cancellation or termination date.
You will also need to submit any missed Contribution and a non-refundable application fee.
