Can I change my Program in the middle of the year?

Yes, Members can apply to change their Program in the middle of their Program year.

To apply, the Member will need to fill out and submit a Program Change Form, located at the bottom of the Member Resource Hub.

Program Changes are reviewed for eligibility and will be responded to within 2-3 business days.
