Sleep Apnea Studies are Eligible for Sharing, after the Member’s ISA is met.

Testing must be ordered by a Physician. To be considered for sharing, the Physician must submit case study history with the referral for the sleep study. Sleep studies ordered on insomnia are Not Eligible for Sharing. Limit 1 per Member per Program Year.
