Are Mammograms Eligible for Sharing?

Preventive Mammograms are eligible for sharing up to $1,000 sharing maximum. Diagnostic Mammograms are shared after the Member meets their Individual Sharing Amount. Mammograms must be age and gender appropriate to be considered eligible for sharing.
