Are chronic conditions eligible for sharing in a hospital setting?

If the chronic condition is related to a pre-existing condition, it is not eligible for sharing.

Pre-Existing conditions have a 24-month waiting period. Chronic Conditions not related to a pre-existing condition are eligible for sharing after a 90-day waiting period unless it is related to a life-threatening or life-altering event.
